New Collective Agreements between MAFA and Mount Allison University

The collective bargaining process between ¯r¶¹TVÊÓƵ and the Mount Allison Faculty Association (MAFA) has successfully concluded, with both parties having ratified the new Collective Agreements.
The agreements cover the period from July 1, 2024–June 30, 2027. A tentative agreement was reached on November 6, 2024. The University ratified the new agreements with MAFA on November 25 and MAFA members concluded their ratification on November 27, 2024.
Together, we celebrate this exceptional, meaningful outcome. Thank you to the bargaining teams for their dedication and effort throughout the process.
