Reunion Weekend arrival and parking information

Reunion attendees staying on campus will be checking in at Windsor Hall to get their room assignment and key, tickets, and registration package.

No parking will be available outside of Windsor Hall or Campbell Hall during check-in. Cars cannot be left unattended in the quad between Windsor and Campbell Hall, except to unload luggage.

Guests of Campbell Hall and Windsor Hall  

  1. Arrival: Enter the Northside Quad from Main Street (via the rainbow crosswalk) and keep right.  
  2. Navigation: Follow the posted signage in a loop to Windsor or Campbell Hall (depending on where you are staying). 
  3. Baggage drop–off: Drop off your luggage at your assigned house. Volunteers will assist with carrying and storing your luggage while you exit the loop to park your car. 
  4. Parking and registration: Exit from Windsor Hall at the same entrance point and turn right. Proceed to the King Street Parking Lot before returning to Windsor Hall to pick up your luggage and complete registration. Limited parking spaces are available on Rectory Lane just to the left of Windsor Hall.

Guests of Bennett and Thornton House 

  1. Arrival and bag drop–off: Drop off your bags at your assigned house. Volunteers will assist with carrying and storing your luggage while you park your car. 
  2. Parking: Park your car at the Edwards/Thornton Parking Lot on the corner of Salem/Park Street. 
  3. Registration: Enjoy a walk through campus to Windsor Hall on the Northside of campus to complete your registration.  

A reminder that Mount Allison is a pedestrian campus, concrete walkways are reserved for pedestrian use and unauthorized vehicles are not permitted to drive on the walkways.
